Northern Alliance Radio On The Air For Hugh Hewitt!

The Northern Alliance Radio Network will fill in for Hugh Hewitt on his radio show tonight -- meaning we get to go national again! Almost everyone from NARN will be in studio for tonight's show, and we'll rotate through in order to get as many people on the air as possible. I'll be on in the first hour, when we have Kathryn Jean Lopez from NRO and Frank Gaffney scheduled as guests. If you don't get Hugh's show in your market, get the Internet feed from KTKZ in Sacramento!

If you want some background on Hugh, however, check out the Elder's comprehensive biography of the Lord High Commissioner of the Blogosphere. I didn't realize Hugh fought in the Battle of the Big Birds ...

UPDATE: As always, guest-hosting Hugh's show was a complete blast! Kathryn Jean Lopez and Frank Gaffney are regular Tuesday guests on the show, and they were characteristically terrific. K-Lo even gave us a big plug on The Corner at NRO, and Frank gave us the lowdown on the Ahmed Chalabi story. If you didn't catch the show, make sure you go to Hugh's site and check out the replay.

Big thank yous to Hugh and Generalissimo Duane, who not only makes it easy for us to step in, but makes us sound smarter than we are and keeps us laughing the entire time. Hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did!

UPDATE: Note to self -- never refer to UN peacekeepers as "blue-helmeted soldiers" while speaking in relation to the UN Sex-For-Food Program, at least not around The Elder.
