NARN, The Fixed Questions Edition

The Northern Alliance Radio Network will be on the air today, with our six-hour-long broadcast schedule starting at 11 am CT. The first two hours features Power Line's John Hinderaker and Chad and Brian from Fraters Libertas. Mitch and I hit the airwaves for the second shift from 1-3 pm CT, and King Banaian and Michael Broadkorb have The Final Word from 3-5. If you're in the Twin Cities, you can hear us on AM 1280 The Patriot, or on the station's Internet stream if you're outside of the broadcast area.

Today, Mitch and I will have lots on our plate -- the BlogWorld Expo, Hillary's phony Q&A sessions, and much much more!

Be sure to call 651-289-4488 to join the conversation!

You might need to update the link on your home page:

http://www.northernallianceradio.com/ is a little short on show information these days.

Yeah, like nobody rehearses.

Sorry, to have to inform ya ... But, rehearsals are the norm.

I learned that from Rabbi Galpert. He's dead, now. But he was unbelievable, "off the cuff." So, when I complemented him; he said, he rehearsed himself "to be that way."

And, then?

I heard from people who did those "spontaneous" theater pieces ... What were they called?

All rehearsed. Turns out there are "themes." And, you can do rehearsals. The audiences, of course, are amazed.

While, I think, nothing's gonna really disrupt "the scripts."

You mean ... you thought ... magicians really guessed at what's the secret? Nah. All set up.

All the time.

Shills in the audience. So what?

As long as Hillary's critics, are, well, Hillary's critics ... you're missing WHY she might make it.

As well, as why she might not.

People in America have left this president behind.

Irak's a mess. No matter what spin you put on it.

And, up ahead, people will be voting. Perhaps, at first, with their feet?

The weather works the same way.

(And, today, to those who pay attention to these things, they'd discover earth's weather is controlled by Saturn. And, Jupiter. I kid you, not.)

I'm reminded how Reagan used to say, back in 1962, when he left the democratic party ... he was alone, with his luggage, at the station.

Oh, Barry Goldwater got the republican nomination in 1964. But the public voted for LBJ.

LBJ didn't know what to do with his victory. So he behaved as if he could do just what he wanted.

Chickens came home to roost in 1968. LBJ ran home, rather than lose.

Happens in politics. Bright people fade.

Then, Nixon won the White House. And, lost his reputation.

Conrad, today, in one post, spelled it out.

Our vitality is being sapped.

Just like it once was during the 1920's.

Carefree? No. Not really. We went from the Roaring Twenties, right into the Great Depression.

Which chased out more than profits, let me tell ya!

FDR came in. ANd, the republican party sat outside the tent. "Get with the program."

Or, if you really want to learn something. Go to Amazon. And, buy a book: THE GENIUS OF AMERICA.

At least go there to read the 5-star reviews.

Politics ain't for the faint-hearted.

And, our wonderful Constitution. Has stood the test of time. Can do, again. When in doubt. Read the book.

Two major parties are right now, setting about setting themselves up for the 2008 election.

And, you bet. People, in the majority, when they vote, disregard the shinanigans. They've tossed out bums, before.

Might happen again?

Don't place your bets too early, though.

Let me add the caveat. About why betting early, often doesn't pay. Because, your horse (even a favorite), can be scratched.
