With all due respect Skipper… perhaps it was not the lack of coffee…but the excess Grog in your system? Some swabbies have been known to say “hit the grog bowl early” …and “hit the grog bowl often”….or words to that effect….
Not that I think you hit it too often (or too early?) or anything…just sayin’….
