A Victory On The Judicial Front

Today's Wall Street Journal reveals more about the offensive against the US in the war on terror -- on the judicial front. Last week, the Islamic Society of Boston withdrew its lawsuit against critics of a land deal, but not before the discovery process turned up proof of the critics' allegations of terrorist ties to the IS. At Heading Right, I discuss how this lawsuit turned out to be a big bluff, an attempt to use the American judicial system into silencing critics of Islamist groups. This dovetails with the Flying Imams' attempts to silence tipsters by creating an environment of legal intimidation. Be sure to read the whole thing.

I first covered the lawsuit in December 2005.

OUTSTANDING CAPTAIN !

IF we had a judicial system that worked well; these "slap happy" cases would be tossed.

But that's not the case!

Everyone sued now needs to "lawyer up."

And, nobody is giving the Saud's and the Kuwait's even a run for their bucks.

It's going to get worse. There are lots of them now; and many have visas ... Given that you can get a visa in Riyadh without even showing up! It's called "express service."

When will this end? When Americans get angry enough. And, the current boob in the White House leaves office.

By then? Turkey will be enscounced in "Kurdistan." Because the Kurds are stitting on oil. What has turkey got?

Bush was the wrong man to entrust. Oh, yeah. He "took out Saddam." But he has the full intent of making a few muslims a lot richer, even, than they were.

And, nobody's looking out for the good guys.
