Podcast: Bill Bennett Appearance

Earlier this morning, I got the chance to appear on Bill Bennett's national radio show. Many of you may have missed this since it came at 6:30 AM ET, but the show's producer was kind enough to send me an MP3 file of the segment. I've podcasted it here, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Did you find out if he doubles down on ace-six when the dealer's showing a three?

I set my alarm to hear it at 5:30 (my time)--an excuse to get up for Bennett's show which I like a lot, but is a bit early--turned off my alarm, turned on the radio, and instantly fell back to sleep.

Thanks for letting me hear what I slept through this morning.

Nice job - and of course MN aspires to be more like South Carolina than Frisco . . . doesn't everybody?

One flub on Katrena, which hit NO as a mere Cat 1 hurricane with average storm surge (the Mississippi Gulf Coast bore the brunt). New Orleans was devastated by the failure, hours later, of the levees along Lake Pontchartrain, due to inadequate design - as the Army Corps of Engineers has admitted.

Didn't know that? Talk to Paul at Wizbang! about it . . . or search the archives. Of course, the fMSM didn't report on it, because the ACOE screwup couldn't be tied to Bush.
