BlogWorld Expo: The Gang's All There

Have you made your reservations for BlogWorld Expo yet? This week's festivities in Las Vegas promise to deliver the best that the blogging world has to offer, and the conferences will feature some of the most prominent bloggers in its conferences. The conventions will provide support, information, and advice that will put lie to the phrase, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas."

Rick Calvert talks about the blogging lineup:

This is a great line up if I do say so myself! Hugh Hewitt, Jerome Armstrong (MYDD), John Hinderaker (Powerline Blog), Jeralyn Merritt (Talk Left), Glenn Reynolds (The Instapundit), Joe Sudbay (America Blog), Ed Morrissey (Captains Quarters), Sean-Paul (The Agonist), NZ Bear (TTLB), Pam Spaulding (Pam’s House Blend), Jim Hoft (Gateway Pundit), Brad Friedman (Brad Blog), Mary Katherine Ham (Townhall.com) Nate Wilcox, Dean Barnett (The Weekly Standard), Professor David Perlmutter, Michael Medved, Roger L. Simon, Kevin from Wizbang and more.

Now I know what you are thinking. You normally wouldn’t find half of these folks hanging out with the other half and that is exactly what makes it such a great line up! One thing they can all agree on, is blogging beats the MSM any day of the week.

I'd hang out with most if not all of the above, and have on other occasions. Nate Wilcox and I know each other from BlogTalkRadio, where I'll also be an exhibitor and doing my live show from the conference on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday -- and looking for live guests. Jeralyn Merritt and Pam Spaulding attended the CNN Election Night special in Washington DC, and left happier than me, but I got a chance to chat with both. I'm looking forward to meeting others for the first time -- and readers of the blog know I'll be happy to hang out with old friends like NZ Bear, John Hinderaker, Kevin Aylward, and the rest.

Don't forget that the 2007 Weblog Awards winners will be announced on Thursday at the BlogWorld Expo! Voting remains open until then. I've been nominated for Best Blog and Best Conservative Blog, but trail in both categories. If you vote for me (or others) each day, be sure to use the links to check out bloggers you haven't read before. That's the real value in these awards, and the real value in BlogWorld Expo -- expanding your blogging universe! Hope to see you in Vegas.
